๐Ÿ’ณ What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal (all major credit/debit cards via PayPal checkout), and direct bank transfers for wholesale orders. PayPal ensures secure, encrypted transactions and buyer protection. You can pay with your PayPal balance or use a credit card without a PayPal account.

PayPal Integration: All payments are processed through PayPalโ€™s secure gateway โ€“ we never store your card details.
๐ŸŒ Do you ship worldwide? How long does delivery take?

Yes! We deliver to over 180+ countries. We offer both standard and express shipping via DHL, FedEx, EMS, and local postal partners.

  • Express shipping: 3โ€“7 business days (trackable & insured)
  • Standard shipping: 10โ€“20 business days (tracked in most regions)

All international orders receive a unique tracking number. Customs duties are calculated at checkout or paid by the customer upon arrival (depending on destination).

๐Ÿ“ฆ How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link and number. You can also log into your account (if registered) and view order status in โ€œMy Ordersโ€. For any issues, contact our support team at creators.collectivesl@gmail.com.

๐Ÿ”„ What is your return / refund policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging.
  • Perishable goods (spices, oils, food) cannot be returned unless damaged/defective.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed via PayPal within 5โ€“7 business days after we receive the return. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately with photos.

๐Ÿ›ƒ Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyerโ€™s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimates. We provide accurate commercial invoices and HS codes to help clear customs smoothly.

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS), and all payments are handled by PayPal โ€“ one of the most trusted payment processors globally. We never store your credit card information. Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We work directly with local artisans, farmers, and small-scale producers primarily from Sri Lanka, India, and other Asian countries. Our collections include handcrafted baskets, natural spices, essential oils, gemstones, and eco-friendly dรฉcor. Every product is ethically sourced and supports traditional craftsmanship.

Yes! We are committed to reducing plastic waste. Most orders are shipped in recycled cardboard boxes, paper cushioning, and compostable mailers. We encourage customers to reuse or recycle all packaging materials.
